What happens if I do not return the bike in time?
Unfortunately, we reserve the right to charge a full daily rent. This is because it can happen that we can not re-rent the road bike in our cycle hire for the day.
Do I have to take a insurance?
We offer the voluntary conclusion of a Mietradversicherung for a flat rate of 15 EUR / rental bike. This covers all material damage to the rental bike. For carbon models there is a deductible of 200 EUR.
Is the theft of the rental bike insured?
No, the theft of the rental bike is not insurable. In case of theft, the replacement value of the rental bike must be replaced, We recommend checking if this is included in your own private liability insurance.
What do I do in the event of an accident?
We recommend our partner bikerescure should it come to unforeseeable events.
Is the VAT included in the price? Are additional costs incurred?
The prices quoted, as shown on the reservation form when booking the rental bike, are the final prices. These already contain the Spanish VAT (IVA) of 21%. There are no additional costs. The rental order will be calculated and displayed directly in the reservation form. This is also the amount you have to pay.

Do I have to bring my own pedals?
Our cycle hire provide the most common pedals, Shimano SPD and SPD SL, as well as Look Keo and Normal pedals for free. In any case, mimicking other pedals and shoes.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Helmet is required in Spain. We can lend a limited number of helmets for a fee.
Which size should I book?
Please orient yourself using the size chart for the respective bike in the reservation form. In case of uncertainty, please let us know and we will help you to choose the right wheel size.

What are the rental bikes equipped with?
The rental bikes in our bike rental in Mallorca are equipped as standard with speedometer, pump, saddlebag with spare hose, bottle holders and a lock. As well as necessary with appropriate pedals.
Can you hire the bike in advance from my bike fitting?
If the dimensions seat height, seat length are transmitted in advance we can do so gladly. We can also make stems with different lengths and angles. Not possible, for example, is the replacement of the crank length or handlebar width in our cycle hire.
